320 Franklin Street
Rocky Mount, Virginia 24151
‘Tis the season for holly, jolly fun at the 15th annual Come Home to a Franklin County Christmas being held on Friday, December 7th starting at 5:30 p.m.
You will be enchanted by the holiday charm of Downtown Rocky Mount as you travel through streets dressed in “white lights” adorning traditional fluted lamp posts decorated with wreaths and garlands, providing a beautiful holiday backdrop to the festivities.
The evening starts with the “Biggest Little Christmas Parade”, as streets are closed for the much-anticipated festival. “The North Pole” at the Historic Rocky Mount Train Depot will be housing Santa Claus, a kids’ playground and activities. Franklin Street will be filled from the Train Depot to the Farmers Market with live music, dance performances, glassblowing demonstrations, exhibits, free horse & buggy rides, local artisans, food & craft vendors, and much more!
