The Third Annual Mountains of Music Homecoming will be held June 9-17, 2017.  This program is an exciting opportunity for the communities in the region to showcase and celebrate those community assets they are most proud of and want to share with visitors, such as traditional music, crafts, history, and outdoor recreation offerings.

As a Gateway to the Crooked Road and the eastern anchor to this spectacular regional event, Franklin County is proud to host 5 Cultural Experiences and 2 Featured Concerts as part of the celebration.  We are literally opening the front door for visitors to savor the flavor that is truly Franklin County and Southwest Virginia.
